These Terms govern use of Vitastow. The app is operated by the developer or legal entity identified on the applicable app-store listing (the “Operator”).
1. Eligibility and acceptance
Vitastow is intended for adults aged 18 or older. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you can enter a binding agreement and will use the app lawfully.
2. Service provided
Vitastow provides user-created routines and reminders, on-device OCR transcription, private document storage, local household profiles and user-directed backup and export.
Vitastow is not a medical device, healthcare provider, emergency service or professional adviser. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition or provide calculations, interaction checks, judgments, scores or recommendations.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for checking OCR results, routine details, dates and reminders; deciding what to record; protecting your device, app lock, backup password and exports; keeping independent copies of important information; and using qualified professionals or emergency services when appropriate.
Do not use Vitastow to violate privacy, intellectual-property, consumer, medical, export or other applicable laws. Do not bypass app security or store purchase validation.
4. Local records and exports
Records are stored in app-private storage. The Operator does not provide a record-sync account or cloud database and cannot retrieve a deleted local record, forgotten backup password or file stored in another app. A destination you select for an export, backup or share applies its own terms and privacy practices.
5. Purchases
Apple or Google displays products, prices, billing periods, trial terms and eligibility before purchase and processes payment. RevenueCat validates entitlement. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless cancelled through the store account. Uninstalling Vitastow does not cancel a subscription.
6. Licence and content
The Operator grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Vitastow under these Terms and applicable store rules. You retain rights in content you enter or import and remain responsible for having permission to use it.
7. Availability and updates
The app is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change for security, law, store policy, compatibility or maintenance. The Operator does not promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, delivery of every notification or recovery after device loss.
8. Liability and mandatory rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by unverified OCR, incorrect entries, missed reminders, user-directed sharing, third-party services, device failure or loss of local or exported files. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
9. Ending use and changes
You may stop using the app, delete local data and uninstall it. Subscription cancellation is handled separately through the store account. When these Terms materially change, their version and effective date will change, with additional notice where required.
